Bio/Resume

KATHY BOETTCHER is an award winning screenwriter, actress and producer with decades of experience both in front of and behind the camera. Kathy’s resume includes executive assistant to the CFO of Phoenix Pictures, working on their films “Lake Placid” and “Urban Legends”, along with multiple acting roles both commercial and theatrical. Her most recent project is “The Trunk” a horror short she co-wrote and produced.

Her love of travel and adventure started at an early age. The thrill and intrigue of experiencing different cultures and places has greatly influenced her work. Be it creating a character as an actress, developing a unique  storyline or solving a problem as the producer, Kathy knows the world is a diverse and exciting place. With that knowledge she brings a fresh and “outside the box” approach to all of her work.
